    1. Agreement to Terms

    These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CalmAway Care, LLC website and services. By accessing our website or requesting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

    If you do not agree, please do not use this website or request services.

    2. About CalmAway Care

    CalmAway Care, LLC connects traveling families of autistic children with carefully vetted, autism-experienced independent contractors who provide short, non-medical respite support sessions in designated hotels and professionally managed resorts.

    CalmAway Care does not provide medical services.

    3. Independent Contractor Relationship

    All respite support services are provided by independent contractors.

    • Contractors are not employees of CalmAway Care.

    • CalmAway Care coordinates introductions and scheduling.

    • Contractors are responsible for their own professional conduct and compliance with applicable laws.

    CalmAway Care does not supervise medical care and does not provide therapy, medical treatment, or clinical services.

    4. Nature of Services

    Services provided are:

    • Non-medical

    • Short-term

    • Parent-accessible and parent-reachable

    • Provided in designated hotel or resort settings

    • Structured around family-provided routines and preferences

    CalmAway Care does not provide:

    • Medication administration

    • Transportation

    • Overnight medical supervision

    • Emergency medical services

    Parents or legal guardians must remain reachable during all sessions.

    5. Parental Responsibility

    Parents/guardians agree that:

    • They will provide accurate information regarding their child’s needs, sensitivities, and behavioral considerations.

    • They remain legally responsible for their child at all times.

    • They will disclose any medical, behavioral, or safety concerns prior to services.

    CalmAway Care reserves the right to decline or discontinue services if safety concerns arise.

    6. Scheduling and Payment

    Consultation calls are introductory and do not guarantee booking.

    Session details, pricing, cancellation terms, and payment structure will be communicated prior to confirmation.

    Failure to provide required information or payment may result in cancellation.

    7. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law:

    CalmAway Care, LLC shall not be liable for:

    • Indirect or incidental damages

    • Losses arising from contractor actions

    • Travel disruptions

    • Hotel or resort policies

    • Third-party actions

    Services are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind.

    8. Website Use

    You agree not to:

    • Use the website for unlawful purposes

    • Attempt to interfere with website functionality

    • Submit false or misleading information
